At TII we are dedicated to providing the lowest prices and highest quality service possible. In the unlikely case that you are dissatisfied with one of your quality products we will refund or switch you back to your previous carrier within 30 days of your purchase or sign-up. You may be eligible for a refund or free switch-back for any of the following items:
TremCom is currently unable to accept returns that have not been reported as a problem. An attempt must be made by a TremCom customer service representative to resolve the problem. If you are still not satisfied with the TII product then we will gladly refund your purchase.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Tremcom.com. Long Distance, Data, Conferencing and Unified Messaging services that are reported more than 30 days after provisioning, are mature accounts that have been through 1 billing cycle and may be declined at our discretion. E-PIN's and Travel Cards that are more than 1/4 debited within 30 days are considered valid products and have performed acceptable service and may be declined at our discretion.
We will notify you via e-mail or phone call of your refund once we have received the request and processed the item in question. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your request.
